Advocate, founder of the firm. He has nearly 15 years of experience in the practice of labour and employment law. He was affiliated for almost 12 years with Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak, where he created and led, for the last 5 years as partner, the Employment Law Department. Prior to that, he had held the post of assistant professor at the Chair of Labour Law and Social Policy at the Law School of the Jagiellonian University. He authored  numerous publications on Polish and European labour law. He teaches this subject at the Szkoła Główna Handlowa (Warsaw School of Economics) and in courses organized by the Bar. He is a member of the Board of the European Employment Lawyers Association, a member of the editorial board of Monitor Prawa Pracy (Labor Law Journal). In the 2008 and 2009 Forbes and Rzeczpospolita rankings of law firms Bartłomiej Raczkowski was listed as number one and recognized the best Polish lawyer in the field of labour and employment law. He is also the first Polish employment lawyer to be listed in The International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers. Also, Chambers Europe has recognized Mr. Raczkowski the best labour and employment lawyer.
