
BARTŁOMIEJ RACZKOWSKI
Advocate, founder of Raczkowski i Wspólnicy, a dedicated employment law boutique firm. He has over 15 years of experience in the practice of labour and employment law. He used to be a partner of Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak, where he created and led the employment law department. Prior to that, he had held the post of assistant professor at the Chair of Labour Law and Social Policy at the Law School of the Jagiellonian University. He authored numerous publications on Polish and European labour and employment law. He teaches this subject at the Szkoła Główna Handlowa (Warsaw School of Economics) and in courses organized by the Bar. He is a member of the Board of the European Employment Lawyers Association, a member of the editorial board of Monitor Prawa Pracy (Labor Law Journal) and the head of labour and employment section of the National Bars’ Legislative Committee. Forbes, Chambers & Partners, Legal500 and the local most respected ranking by Rzeczpospolita list both the firm and Bartłomiej Raczkowski as the best in the field of labour and employment law in Poland.
